Also thinking about the depressing context of the last years, 2015 was considered «the best year ever in Portugal in real estate investments, and hoping for a new record in 2016». This tendency puts this young company wanting to make Covilhã a destiny for studying, visiting or investing.

Thereby, the oportunities that want to take advantage are essentially:

  • Covilhã’s strategic localization, powered by Serra da Estrela, giving it the capacity of attracting tourists;
  • University of Beira Interior’s existance, frequented every year by seven thousand students, many of them coming from other regions.
