Christmas magic in Óbidos

The Óbidos Christmas Market 2025 promises to be one of the most magical holiday events in Portugal.

Starting on December 6, the charming medieval town of Óbidos will once again transform into a winter wonderland filled with colorful lights, decorations, and family-friendly attractions. Visitors can enjoy traditional stalls offering handicrafts, regional treats, and festive specialties, along with parades, performances, and a play area for children. The atmosphere of the castle walls, combined with music, illuminations, and the scent of hot chocolate, makes this a truly magical place to get into the holiday spirit. The market will run until January 6, 2026.
